Replica ‘Sugar Rush’ Steering Wheel from Disney’s ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’
Calling all Sugar Rush fans … now is your chance to race home with a signed, limited edition replica of the “Sugar Rush” steering wheel featured in the film!
If you remember the steering wheel is at the very core of Walt Disney Animation Studio’s ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’ as Ralph and best friend Vanellope von Schweetz attempt to save her game, Sugar Rush. Their quest takes them to the vast, uncharted world of the internet where they rely on the citizens of the internet – the Netizens – to help navigate their way to eBay to find a replacement steering wheel.
Timed to the in-home release of the film, this IRL replica of the steering wheel has been donated by Walt Disney Animation Studios so that 100% of the proceeds from this auction item can be donated to Make-A-Wish® to help grant life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.

Disney and Make-A-Wish® have a long-standing history together. Since 1980, Disney has helped Make-A-Wish grant more than 130,000 wishes — experiences that not only brighten lives for a special moment, but also help wish kids and their families replace fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope. Currently, more than 10,000 Disney wishes are granted every year, a number that continues to grow.
The steering wheel itself has been autographed by Sarah Silverman, Gal Gadot and Jane Lynch. Winning bidder will also receive a limited-edition autographed poster by cast and filmmakers including John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Taraji P. Henson, Jack McBrayer, Phil Johnston, Rich Moore and Clark Spencer as well as a Blu-ray copy of the movie!

Oz’NBones is trying to get its rubs and barbecue sauces into grocery stores. Chris & Diane Ozmun, owners of Oz’NBones, have started a Kickstarter campaign to help them with this goal.
According to Oz’NBones Kickstarter campaign page, their goal of $10,000 will help with getting their products tested at a laboratory for acidity and other things, as well as for the nutritional and allergen information. They are working with a graphic design team to create labels and working closely with bottling and spice companies.
Click here to help them with their Kickstarter campaign.

Their barbecue sauces are an original sauce, which is a sweet and tangy Kansas City style sauce, a sweet Maple Bourbon, made with superior bourbon and organic Grade A robust maple syrup from the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and a spicy Chipotle Sriracha infused with chipotle peppers and original sriracha sauce that has got a little kick and a lot of flavor.

Oz’NBones has brought bangin’ southern barbecue up north to Colchester, CT. Run by Chris & Diane Ozmun. They specialize in authentic and artisan barbecue. Everything is made from scratch including their barbecue sauces and their own award winning dry rub, which placed second in the National Barbecue News “Rubs of Honor” competition in the Fall of 2017. They use only the finest ingredients.

Check out Oz’NBones website here.
You can try their food at their food truck located at 44 Sashel Lane in Colchester, CT.

Colchester residents Fred Brown, Rob Suchecki, Walter Cox and Greg Cordova will spend this weekend on the Town Green raising money for the Colchester Fuel Bank.
These four men will be accepting donations from Friday, Feb. 8 at p.m., until Sunday, Feb. 10, at noon. Checks can be made out to Freezin’ for a Reason. If you can’t make it to the green, any branch of United Bank is accepting donations and you can use Paypal, with’the email freezinforareason@yahoo.com to donate online.
This annual event started in 2010 and was originally called “Three Men in a Tent.” The inaugural cast of characters in that tent were First Selectman Gregg Schuster, Realtor Jack Faski, and Charity Founder Fred Brown.
The three men spent Friday through Sunday on the Colchester Town Green, accepting donations from anyone who happened to stop by. The three did their best to keep warm over a 55-gallon “burn barrel.”
The first year the trio raised approximately $5,000. The next year, 2011, brought similar results.
The event has since morphed into Freezin’ for a Reason, and the “lucky” participants are now local police officer Rob Suchecki, Hayward Fire Department Chief Walter Cox, M & J Bus Inc. Dispatch Manager Greg Cordova, and Brown.
“We are a visual reminder of all those in need of heating assistance,” Suchecki said.
Year-to-date, “Freezin’ for a Reason” has donated approximately $86,000 to the Colchester Fuel Bank.
Please visit the 2019 Freezin’ for a Reason fundraiser on the Colchester Town Green from 2:00 pm Friday, Feb. 8 to noon on Sunday, Feb. 10 and drop a few dollars into their bucket. If you can’t make it to the Green, visit any United Bank location and deposit to their (Freezin’ for a Reason) account. If you can’t do that, please use PayPal and use the email address freezinforareason@yahoo.com to donate.
